The Play More. Win More. Giveaway is sponsored by the Miami Beach Youth Sports & Wellness Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, with its principal place of business in Miami Beach, Florida. This giveaway is offered in connection with the Miami Beach Youth Sports & Wellness Festival. Florida law allows qualified nonprofits to conduct drawings by chance if they follow the required disclosures and do not require payment or contribution to enter.
Eligibility
Open to festival participants and attendees. Participants under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Void where prohibited.
Giveaway Period
Entries may be earned during the Miami Beach Youth Sports & Wellness Festival from May 29, 2026 through May 31, 2026.
How to Enter
Eligible participants may receive giveaway entries by participating in designated festival activities, clinics, workshops, and passport-based experiences during the festival. Entry methods and the number of entries available for each activity will be posted at the festival and/or on the festival website.
A free alternative method of entry will also be available at the festival information or check-in area. Florida law prohibits requiring a donation, payment, proof of purchase, or contribution as a condition of entering or winning.
Donations
Any donation made to the Miami Beach Youth Sports & Wellness Foundation is voluntary. A donation is not required to enter or win. Suggested donations may be presented, but entry must remain available without donation. Florida law permits a suggested minimum donation, but it may not be required for entry.
Prizes
Prizes may include, but are not limited to, sports tickets, merchandise, sports gear, partner giveaways, and other promotional items. The source of funds used to purchase prizes or provide prizes is the Miami Beach Youth Sports & Wellness Foundation and/or donated in-kind by festival partners and sponsors. Florida law requires the source of prize funds or prize purchases to be disclosed.
Winner Selection
Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. Drawings may take place during the festival and/or at the conclusion of the event.

Florida law requires the date, hour, and place where the winner will be chosen and prizes awarded to be conspicuously disclosed unless the materials are not offered to the public more than 3 days before the drawing.
Winner Notification
Winners may be notified in person, by phone, by email, or by another reasonable method using the information provided by the entrant. If a selected winner cannot be reached within a reasonable period, the Foundation may select an alternate winner.
Odds
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Publicity
By accepting a prize, winners grant permission to the Miami Beach Youth Sports & Wellness Foundation to use their name, likeness, and photograph for promotional purposes in connection with the festival and the giveaway, unless prohibited by law.
General Conditions
The Foundation reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if necessary due to weather, safety concerns, fraud, technical issues, or other factors beyond its control. Any changes will be posted on the festival website or announced at the event.
