We’re excited to welcome food, beverage, retail, wellness, and activity vendors who share our commitment to a family-friendly, youth-focused environment.

YSW Fest brings together an engaged community of families, athletes, and wellness-minded locals. Vendor participation offers meaningful visibility, real connections, and a chance to be part of a weekend that celebrates movement, health, and community.

Premium Vendor $1,500

  • One (1) 20’ x 20’ booth space

  • Placement along a high-traffic main pathway

  • Ideal for brands with interactive activations or larger setups

NON-PROFITS
— $250

  • One (1) 10’ x 10’ booth space

  • Discounted or complimentary placement may be granted at the Festival’s discretion based on mission alignment and availability

LOCAL SMALL BUSINESS
— $350

  • One (1) 10' x 10' booth space

  • Tent and table included

  • Designed for small brands, makers, and local businesses

FOOD  VENDOR
— $450

  • One (1) 10’ x 10’ booth space

  • Tent and table included

  • High visibility within the vendor village

WHAT THE FESTIVAL PROVIDES

  • Designated vendor space based on selected package

  • Inclusion on the Festival vendor map and wayfinding

  • On-site coordination and support

  • Opportunity for marketing and promotional visibility (based on package/add-ons)

WHAT VENDORS PROVIDE

  • Family-friendly, youth-appropriate products or services

  • Staffing, setup, breakdown, and management of your booth

  • Compliance with Festival guidelines and City of Miami Beach regulations

  • Certificate of Insurance (COI), if required

COMMUNITY CONTRIBUTION

ON SALES

Where applicable, vendors agree to donate ten percent (10%) of gross on-site sales generated during the Festival as a community contribution supporting youth sports and wellness programming through the Miami Beach Youth Sports & Wellness Foundation (501(c)(3)).
